The apartment has stunning views in all the main rooms, whose windows are newly covered with beautiful shades.

It features a south-facing 16.5 spacious master bedroom equipped with a brand-new walk-in closet, a king-size bed, and a double-sided slightly hard mattress for people with back problems (like most ppl these days do).

The bright second bedroom is now configured into a study, but the foldable couch/bed is perfect for temporary stays or longterm sleep use.

The 17-sqm south-facing living room+balcony area features an independent set of washer and dryer and a large wardrobe, and it also be turned into a bedroom if needed, with full new window insulation. All said, IMO the apartment is best used in its current function design for one-person and couple settings.

The pure-wood long dining table is one of my fav items in the house. Brand-new water-purifier in the kitchen and a four-head showering system in the bathroom. 650L gigantic new fridge + 3 Xiaomi A/Cs.

Apart from these walkable destinations, the area has so many wonders to offer and I can’t list them all here, you are in the center of the former French concession within minutes on the bike but the thing is…so much fun north south east west to the house, you forget about it…I’d be happy to offer whatever I know. I didn’t grow up in the area but I fell in love immediately and decided to call it home.
