距离13,14号线武宁路走路6分钟，7号线昌平路骑车6分钟

优势：精装修，各种大小家电全部自用，直饮水机，胶囊咖啡机，密码锁，大彩电，西昊人体工学椅C300。家里还装配有天然气泄露探测器。房间大转角窗，窗外无遮挡。厨房卫生间均有无楼房遮挡的窗户，不是天井窗户噢！隐私性非常好。

家里有个可以伸展的桌子，和自己订做的床，都可以伸缩，床不是外面买的沙发床不稳。我们自己纯钢打的床（图8图9），非常稳。家里来了朋友可以把床变成沙发，和桌子两边展开一起坐4个人吃火锅没问题！（如图10-13）

缺点：六楼没电梯。当初买的时候也纠结过，奈何我实在喜欢这个边套，因为家里三个窗户大大的，而且窗外别人房子只有3层，完全没遮挡，视野好，隐私性好，绿油油的心情好（如图14-16）。不像有的房子窗外晒衣服的竹竿都能伸到对面家😅。身体好，经常锻炼的亲不介意楼层来噢～

出租条件：正常上班族，适合一个人，不能带宠物（养乌龟，仓鼠这种可以），爱干净，爱惜东西。
