房子在三里屯核心区，位置绝佳超出想象，小区与三里屯SOHO一门之隔，世贸工三、太古里、德云社、通盈中心 ;”闹中取静”，小区温馨又很舒适，生活很方便，北京最大的本地超市-京客隆超市买菜生活用品一切俱备，还很便宜。没有电梯，但是楼梯不陡，在4楼。

经过自己亲手改造，居住过的孩子们都是在周边三里屯SOHO大使馆、大厂、国贸大望路等实习

一共三个房间，我住一间，另外两个房间出租。

I’ve lived in this rented apartment for 9 years and have been very comfortable.

The apartment is located in the core area of Sanlitun, with an excellent location beyond imagination. The residential complex is just a gate away from Sanlitun SOHO, close to Shimao Gong San, Taikoo Li, Deyun Society, and Tongying Center. It’s "quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle"—the complex is cozy and comfortable, with very convenient living. Beijing’s largest local supermarket, Jingkelong, provides all daily necessities and groceries at affordable prices. There’s no elevator, but the stairs are not steep, and the apartment is on the 4th floor.

After some personal renovations, previous tenants have interned at nearby places like Sanlitun SOHO embassies, major companies, and Guomao Dawanglu.

No agency fees.

There are three rooms in total. I live in one, and the other two are available for rent.
Large room: 3000RMB/month, available after February 11, 2026
Small room: 2,300 RMB/month, available after January 19, 2026
