本人女生，在这里住了好多年了，喜欢这周围的环境。以前跟德国的朋友一起住，当成家一样，她搬走后我自己还是继续住下来

住进来你可以把这里当家。大家各自有自己的空间也可以愉快相处，有需要我也愿意互相帮助。以前的共享经历都挺好的。
不少来实习的、来学习的，做项目的中外朋友都喜欢这里。周边环境很好，步行以内吃饭、购物、喝小酒，散步都很便利，感觉住在这里真是太好了，省去很多交通时间成本，很多人都开车到我们这个区域野餐，亮马河边成了新的社交圣地，还有来回换岗的武警小哥哥们又帅气又有安全感～～
价格跟别的地方比起来（除非远郊区）也都差不多了，在这个地方性价比很高，

我喜欢运动，传媒行业，也喜欢做饭，跑马拉松。早晨时间在九点之后起床，一般可能早晨不能跟你碰面（也不会争洗手间啦）而且过去一年以及接下来的时间隔段时间会出差，到下半年出差更多～～
希望你是女生一枚，最后希望大家还尊重租房的基本规则。我也比较好沟通，但我们出来社会还是要互相尊重，有约定可守，租房第一要守约，其次一切可沟通。

出租的房间虽朝北，非常明亮干净，适合一枚女生入住。
A nice apartment right in sanlitun 3-5minutes walk to subway line 10 tuanjiehu,to bar street as well.
It's very quiet and safe area in sanlitun i live here with my friends over years then she moved back to Germany It's a 3 rooms apartment and I take one room sometimes I rent out the other 1 or 2 rooms
I like the area,got nice streets,nice restaurants,bars also a river...we have everything also I often running around during evening it's very nice and safe.the neighborhood here is very nice to have a walk to buy things even to have a picnic....
Just very nice area.No matter it's winter or autumn orsummer,spring…
I like running traveling also cooking,I finished several marathon and also travelled around Asia,Europe also Africa a bit I think I'm easy going person
I want to make here like a cosy home so I would like to be friends with who living here ~
And there r many ppl from all over the world have been staying in this home in the past year
