我们自己家的房子（中介勿扰）在天山路娄山关路，两室一厅，两个阳台，一个大阳台快十五平了，另外一个小阳台，位置安静，东西朝向。地铁二号线两分钟左右步行距离，中山公园一站，本人常年在国外，找长期稳定租客，至少一年起，房租不还价，押二付二，因为有钢琴，所以需要押2，八月底开始租，之前的租客都比较靠谱，也比较省心。(猫不租，猫和我已经在德国了）
