小区内停车位和电动车停车位非常宽裕。

租赁期限：至少1年，不接受短租。

You can just move-in with your luggages，appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioner, water heater, TV，cooker, etc.) and furniture are all brand new and unused.

 There is plenty of parking space for cars and scooter in the neighbourhood.

Parking fee is 150RMB per month for surface parking and 300RMB per month for underground parking.

Rental period：at least one year contract，short rental is not accepted.

Note：It is not recommended to rent with pets, if you rent with pets, we will charge you for additional cost （RMB300/month）for future furniture and house odour maintenance and cleaning fee, thank you for your understanding.
