Flat comes with big refrigerator and a good quality of laundry machine. I have stayed here 3 years and i can say best place to live in Shanghai. Its far from crowd, very convenient to going for a walk by river side. The flat will be available by end of august. One year contract to be signed minimum. Landlord is not in Shanghai but very easy going person. No agency fee.
