House is located just by the river side (huangpu jiang), near to the pearl tower. its a very clean compound. Its a one bedroom flat, has a very large balcony with a particularly river view. Very large separate kitchen and separate living room. There are two tvs; one in living room and one in bedroom. Two AC; one in living room and one in bedroom. Flat comes with big refrigerator and a good quality of laundry machine. I have stayed here 3 years and i can say best place to live in Shanghai. Its far from crowd, very convenient to going for a walk by river side. The flat will be available by end of august. One year contract to be signed minimum. Landlord is not in Shanghai but very easy going person. No agency fee.
