A nice apartment right in sanlitun 3-5minutes walk to subway line 10 tuanjiehu,to bar street as well.

It's very quiet and safe area in sanlitun. i live here with my friends over years then she moved back to Europe 
I like the area,got nice streets,nice restaurants,bars also a river...we have everything also I often running around during evening it's very nice and safe.
I like running traveling also cooking I finished several marathon and also travelled around Asia,Europe also Africa a bit.I think I'm easy going person I want t make here like a cosy home in this city so I would like to be friends with who living here ~

The room is facing to the south with balcony and the space also large (can do yoga or some exercises in the room~~~

本人女生，在这里住了好多年了，喜欢这周围的环境。以前跟德国的朋友一起住，当成家一样，她搬走了我一个人又不想搬家但是住三居室又觉得浪费且孤单，所以偶尔会出租。
这个房间朝南，空间室友双人床、书柜、衣柜、书桌、电视桌还有一台电视。剩下的空间是可以做瑜伽做keep的，外面是封闭式阳台。
楼下就是武警医院，派出所，走到地铁10号线5分钟。走到不同的公交车站6-10。
希望住进来就是把这里当家。大家各自有自己的空间也可以愉快相处，有需要我也愿意互相帮助。以前的共享经历都挺好的。
不少来实习的、来学习的，交换的中外朋友都喜欢这里。周边环境很好，步行以内吃饭、购物、喝小酒，散步都很好，疫情期间，哪儿都不能去连公园都关了，感觉住在这里真是太好了，省去很多交通时间成本，很多人都开车到我们这个区域野餐，亮马河边成了新的社交圣地，还有来回换岗的武警小哥哥们又帅气又有安全感～～
且价格跟别的地方比起来（除非远郊区）也都差不多了，在这个地方性价比很高，最近刚得知某些中介己经把这里租金推高到不可思议的程度…
我喜欢运动，传媒行业，也喜欢做饭，跑马拉松。早晨时间在九点之后起床，一般可能早晨不能跟你碰面（也不会争洗手间啦）而且过去一年以及接下来的时间隔段时间会出差，出差经常三到四个周哎！
