A sublet house. Due to job reason I have to sublet this comfortable room. It is located not far from Zhoupu Wanda Plaza. It also very close to shopping malls and other shops like KFC, MCD, Hema, Subway, and buying groceries is so convenient. 

The environment is super good! I believe you will like the environment because it is quiet and relaxing. there is a jogging track and small exercise park inside the community. I can say the community is very clean and neat, the security is 24 hours and they are all so helpful.

The room itself is quite big. Big window and so comfortable bed. It really is so comfortable to live in. The people in this house is so well behaved and not noisy at all. I am sure you will love this room.
