Previously owned and lived in by myself, now I plans to move to Hong Kong for work after the new year, hence the intention to rent out the property. The earliest possible rental start date is January 26th, 2025. Minimum lease term is one year with a one-month deposit and three-month rent upfront.
Located on the prime 4th floor of the residential complex, the living room and both bedrooms have south-facing windows with unobstructed, expansive views to the south, ensuring no privacy concerns.
