I was born and grew up here. another roommate is a tall man who always be on a business trip. i live in the smallest room and he lives in the middle room. the biggest one is on rent. we expect you would be easy to get along with and be tidy. also no smoking~ since we are also nice, tidy and don't smoke. you can rent for more than 3 months. but if you plan to leave, please tell me 3 weeks before the leaving date. then i would find a new renter and return the rest money counted by day according to the new renter moved-in date. i lived in this apartment for almost 9 years!
