The building is very new and has 4 lifts.There are washing machine,big fridge,balcony,24 hours security,the door has password lock.House is very clean There are swimming pool,spa,gym,big shopping mall,Spar İnternational supermarket,KFC and many other international restaurants,parks,shops.The area is new and very clean,there aren't any cockroaches or bugs The contract is till end of 2025 Guangfo Line, Line 3 Dongping Station Intercity light rail Shunde North Station bus hub station.The payment is 1200 RMB for first month+2 months deposit.Foreigners are accepted and can be registered in the police station and if you have a company in Guangzhou,you can use house for applying visa as well!
