Rent directly from landlord, one of the best houses in Qibao! 
I have had this place for 1.5 years as it’s close to my work and it’s been awesome so far, I love the large balcony and everything I need being a 3 minute walk away. For my girlfriend we need to switch to house in downtown due to her work.
House is south east facing so it’s warm in the mornings and don’t have problem of direct sunlight in the afternoon, still bright enough at 4-6 pm as can be seen in photos.

Compound is 10-15 minutes ride to L12 qixin road metro: Weixin city mall and 15-20 minute ride to Qibao Vanke Mall/ L9 metro. With either of these you’re in downtown in 30-40 minutes depending on your destination. Yellow and Blue bikes are always stocked at the entrance, if you have your car there’s underground parking and lots of charging areas for scooters. None of my neighbours been noisy so far.

Just at the entrance of compound there are lots of restaurants, a bar-bistro, a few shops, Starbucks and pet care places. Underground there is a billard center and 24 hour open gym with a swimming pool. 
Gardens are maintained properly and birds love this place, if you’d prefer to be closer to nature this is a really nice location. There’s a nice breeze yearlong if you open windows.Didn’t had mosquito problems even though compound is surrounded with rivers on 2 sides. Hema max is 10 minute ride away and you can take didi on your way back 

My flat is in last row buildings of bilin wanxin 2 which is the newest built buildings and it feels like it’s a few years old. Flat has fully underfloor heating and 2 new AC. Either one of AC is enough to warm up the house in 5 minutes in winter and cool it down in 5 minutes in summer. Underfloor heating works fine if you wish to come into a cozy place when outside is 0-5 degrees in winter. Door is smart locked and fridge is enough for 2 ppl. It has 4k mi tv . Washing machine don’t have drying but with hanger racks in the balcony I never felt the need

It’s big enough for couples as closet and balcony is big. You can refurbish balcony and living room into your vibe or can keep bench and weights if you’re going to pay for it. Got 2 new elastic mirrors but didn’t  install yet.

For any problems you will contact directly with landlords son and he can fix it all same day or next day depending on your schedule. 
My contract ends at February 2026 , if you choose to take over you can use mine or make your own contract with landlord.

You can move in in the first week of May 25
