Entire studio (1B1B. kitchen, fridge, washing machine included) . Just by law that you’ll be registered as a co-resident of mine not a subletee, but you take the entire place. I’ve found my long-term apartment. Price, 45 usd/night (>=3 nights), 38 usd/night(>=1 week), 28usd/night(>=2 weeks). 

Free gym, coffee (with a machine, unlimited), tea & water, parking, all included (like water, electricity etc.) A garden (viewable from my room), facing south (a lot of sunshine). Good for 1 or 2 people. For 2 ppl, you can place a sofa bed inside the space if not the same bed of 1.8m wide.

This place has a good view ⛰️ and even hotel 🤖 for deliveries to the door. Good to experience a bit before any monthly/quarterly/annual contracts. You can actually work/study in HK living in Shenzhen, this place is 30 min to Futian, Futian is 1 hr by train to HK

Neighborhood: near PKU, Tsinghua’s Master campuses, cheap & good food. No need to even cook. Near the cross-border e-commerce bureau of Shenzhen. Not far from Nanshan tech hub center.
