5.The rental is 17k RMB for one month(No bargaining ,it is  comparatively low already).The deposit is 17k and you should pay the rental of 4 months(68k)in advance .And the contract is for at least 1 year.
5.租金是17k人民币一个月（没有讨价还价，已经比较低了）。押金是17k，押一付三，所以你需要提前支付4个月的租金，然后每期支付3个月租金，合同期限至少为1年。
