My apartment with the high floor, I made an loft for it, so you may have more bigger space.(In the first floor, you can relax/sleep, for the second floor, you can sleep/store goods) .My apartment is 2minutes walking from Guangqumen/ Ciqikou/ Jianguomen subway station, so you would have line 2, 5 & 7. There are lots of restaurants, banks, grocery stores, big supermarket around and you will have a very convenience life here. 
The apartment is really cozy you can easily feel like home. It’s on the 6th floor in one big building named international apartment and really close to Chaoyang men and Jianguo men by walking distance or by bike. 
The apartment includes: open kitchen (electric only), Livingroom, air condition, 24hr Hot Water, toilet, bathroom, new furniture (I just decorated it, it's very new and clean. All the furniture and home appliances in the Pic is new bought.(Include the TV, washing machine.
