兄弟姐妹们，我自己在安亭中骏璟尚的房子准备出租啦！房子大概7月中旬可以拎包入住，现在是安亭新镇私立幼儿园一位外教住着。

房子是3室1厅1卫，86平，南北通透，户型方方正正，没有一点浪费的空间。屋里采光那叫一个棒，大白天基本都不用开灯。当初装修的时候，我可是花了不少心思，用的都是质量好又环保的材料，住起来特别安心。

家具家电也都是品牌货，冰箱、洗衣机、空调、电视这些齐全，而且都是好好保养的，没有任何毛病。床、沙发、衣柜啥的也都有，直接拎包就能入住，不用再为这些琐事操心。

小区环境没得说，绿化做得很好，到处都是花花草草，空气特别清新。物业管理也很负责，24小时巡逻，住在这里安全有保障。周边配套设施也超齐全，出门没多远就是超市和菜市场，平时买菜、买生活用品都很方便。还有各种饭店、小吃店，不想做饭的时候，出去随便吃点也很方便。要是想去逛街、看电影，附近的商场也能满足需求。

交通更是便利，离11号线安亭站走路只要5分钟，距离200m,坐地铁去市区超方便。公交站就在小区门口，公交线路也很多，不管你想去哪都不愁没车坐。要是开车的话，附近的主干道也很顺畅。
