I am moving away on the 28th of June and after that I still have 2 months left on my rental contract (so till 28th of August), I am basically looking for someone to take over the last 2 months (landlord said it is also okay to find someone who wants to stay long term).  The apartments location is nicely located in Changning district, has many parks, restaurants, cafes, bars, gyms, etc. it is located 5 minute walk to the metro line 3 and 4 (West Yan an Metro stop) which makes it really convenient to go everywhere in the city, especially since the metro line 4 goes in circle around the city which makes it really easy to transfer anywhere. The apartment itself was renovated when I moved in (August 2024), and it has all you need (a fridge, TV, washing machine, AC…). 公寓位于长宁区，周边有很多公园、餐厅、咖啡馆、酒吧和健身房，生活非常便利。离地铁3号线和4号线的延安西路站步行只需5分钟，交通非常方便。尤其是4号线是环线，去哪都很方便。
