呼家楼西里，cbd闹中取静的社区，走路五分钟到大裤衩、人民日报、FFC、WFC、好世界等，社区旁边有京客隆、七鲜、离世贸天阶的盒马也很近（骑车十分钟）。电影院有朝阳剧场和cbd万达都是骑车五分钟。6号线10号线呼家楼站C口从好世界穿出来，走路五分钟到家，还可以顺便在好世界吃饭买咖啡奶茶、逛超市，简直不要太方便！离三里屯、朝阳大悦城、SKP、合生汇、国贸都在20分钟以内的距离。单元楼门口有免费车位但是需要抢，旁边禧瑞都门口路边车位很充足但是收费。小区有电动车充电区，如果租我的房子，可以免费使用我的电动车哈哈！ 在呼家楼住了7年了，一直很喜欢这边，但因最近即将开始远程工作想要去旅居，因为这边房租也不便宜，忍痛短期转租，可能家里会放些私人物品，希望不要介意🙏希望租住的朋友比较爱干净🙏 Hujiayou Xili is a peaceful community hidden in the bustling CBD area. It’s only a five-minute walk to iconic landmarks like the CCTV Headquarters, People’s Daily, FFC, WFC, and The Place. Right next to the community, you’ll find Jingkelong and Qixian supermarkets, and it’s also close to Hema at The Grand Summit (just a 10-minute bike ride). For cinemas, there’s Chaoyang Theater and Wanda CBD, both within a five-minute bike ride. The community is conveniently located near Hujialou Station (Line 6 & Line 10). You can exit from Exit C, walk through The Place, and be home in five minutes. On the way, you can grab a meal, coffee, bubble tea, or shop at the supermarket in The Place—it’s incredibly convenient! Popular destinations like Sanlitun, Chaoyang Joy City, SKP, Hopson One, and China World Mall are all within a 20-minute radius. There are free parking spaces at the entrance of the building, but they’re on a first-come, first-served basis. Paid parking spaces are also available along the street near the entrance of the Xi Rui Du complex. The community has an electric vehicle charging area, and if you rent my apartment, you’re welcome to use my electric bike for free—haha! I’ve been living in Hujialou for seven years and absolutely love this area. However, I’m planning to start remote work and travel soon.
