Beautiful and fully furnished 2 bedroom and 3 bathroom loft apartment with spacious living area and storage room available for rent. Perfect for both living alone, and sharing with someone else. Available from August 1st 2025. Decoration is modern and clean. Air conditioning in each room. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and communal bathroom downstairs as well. The building management is great, very helpful and easy going. Management fee is 200¥ which is already included in the rent so no need to pay anything on top. Thick walls and windows to prevent outside noise disturbance. The location is great as it’s close to 3 different metro stations (10-15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride). There are some convenience stores, many restaurant and street food stalls at night all very close by. The only reason I am leaving is because I need to find a smaller apartment for myself. There are two renting options: 1) you can take over my current lease which is due to end December 31st 2025. OR 2) you can start a new 1 year lease.
