Hello everyone, me and my wife are moving to Germany. After living in 5 different locations in Beijing we found a sweet spot (apartment) with 5 minute walking access to:

Good local beer bar with outdoor seating (Toso Beer)

The compound has 4 entrances, which makes it very convenient. The nearest is 1 1/2 minutes away. It has roofed bycicle and e-bike parking directly infront of the house entrance.

It is on the Sixt floor without elevator (the typical old style Beijing building). It has one main room which can either be used as the bed room or as living room. The big room has a small side room which is integrated into the corridor (we used it as bedroom, since we preferred a big living room) an office room with plenty of storage area and a kitchen with stove on the separate kitchen balcony (has a door). It is a great setup for cooking.

Available from 14.August, we could also align earlier. Tenants who can start the rental contract near the 14.August will be preferred.

Additional info:
- the first and last picture are the same room. The frost is in „living room“ configuration. The last in „bedroom „ configuration.

-the main windows in the living room have some visibility issue. You would have to negotiate with the landlord on replacing them.
