It has 2 swimming pools, one in the outdoor with beautiful view and the other one in our exclusive club. Also you can use the gym in the community only exclusive to the community members. My apt is 130 square meters with 3-room, 2-bathroom and one large living room and dinning room. Fully-equipped kitchen with all stuff you need. One more highlight, a large balcony with great view of Shanghai skyline in Lujiazui financial center. I even have a bar table on my balcony where you and your family/friends can enjoy a cup of wine or tea in a cool summer night ^^

It has two metro lines right next to the community, line 12 and line 18 with only 300 meters walk. Super convenient to get to the bund, anywhere in Pudong center, traditional city center like West Nanjing road, Xintiandi. 5-6 stops with metro or 10-15 minutes driving. Driving is even more convenient to anywhere in Shanghai from the west to the east. If you drive I can share more details. 2 parking lots can be provided.

Every single peace of the furniture, painting or artworks is selected by myself. Me and my wife has been living here for a while. Now due to some job changes, we consider renting this beautiful apartment to someone who is super clean and loving this apt.
