滟澜山丽轩9幢是复式楼，我的房间在复式下层，楼上楼下都有卫生间，厨房也在楼下，通天然气，是民用水电燃（电费是峰谷电，白天0.528/度，晚上0.288/度，水3块钱一吨，燃气3.1一立方），楼上是两个女生，楼下只有我自己，所以我的房间相当于整租了，一室一厨一卫，只是没有厅而已哈哈，房间里带有一个阳台，晾晒衣服方便，也可以自己养点花花草草，室友好相处爱干净，很节省，我们每个月水电费在80块钱上下

转租原因：我跟我对象住的，她在滨江上班，我在这边上班，通勤有点不方便，加上猫咪也长大了，这空间不太够用了😂，想换个大点的了，转租先挂着，首月优惠价，看合适了可以转掉，看房跟我约一下时间，我一般都有空，可以回来一会

There are two upstairs. Girls, I'm the only one downstairs, so my room is equivalent to renting the whole room, one bedroom, one kitchen and one bathroom, but there is no living room. Haha, there is a balcony in the room, which is convenient for drying clothes, and you can also grow some flowers and plants by yourself. The room is friendly and clean, which is very economical. Our monthly water and electricity bill is around 80 yuan.

Reason for subletting: I live with my partner. She works in Binjiang, and I work here. It's a little inconvenient to commute. In addition, the cat has grown up. This space is not enough 😂.
