BJ-SH based architecture/urban planner PhD candidate. My current project requires me to station elsewhere so I’m looking to sublet my apartment for another 6 months. I’ve loved my stay here and looking for someone clean to take over this apartment. Building is historic and the surrounding neighbourhood has the old Shanghai vibes. People who enjoy living will definitely find this place lovely.

京沪往返的建筑规划师博士在读生因为返京打算转租。这上海的巨鹿路弄堂是魔都巨富长的腔调所在，四明邨则属于其中被评优秀历史建筑之一。我有幸在巨鹿路四明邨的一间studio（一室带独卫）住了半年，contract还剩半年如今因故转租。

四明邨，是巨鹿路西段的住宅区，这里梧桐树高耸，建筑风格多样，有英国乡村式花园住宅，也有新式里弄，每幢建筑都仿佛在诉说着上海的百年故事，历史上有名的文人，如徐志摩、陆小曼、章太炎等也在四明邨落过脚。而我的studio就藏在这片宁静与历史之中，小区内有保安巡逻，环境幽静，是闹市中的一片静谧之地，离静安寺地铁站就500米。

我很满意在这里呆的日子，可以随时开启一场Citywalk，感受巨鹿路的时尚与烟火，也可以在家中享受宁静的时光。小区周围生活设施如超市便利店、理发店、美容美甲、自行车店、健身房游泳池都在500米距离内。如果你也向往这样的生活，欢迎联系我。
