i am looking for someone to take over my lease of this big master room at jiangsu rd . which is 40 sq meter . 5 rooms , but mostly only 3 rooms are occupied. it is close to jiangsu rd 5 mins walking , 5 mins biking to Zhongshan park and龙之梦 shopping center . has kitchen , balcony and your own bathroom with bathtub and your own wash machine !  
I will be moving end of this month . but I am quite flexible if you want to move in earlier.
