屋子构造：都是实体墙（隔音很好，晚上安静），入户是客厅，有独立的厨房（明窗）和洗手间（洗手间还有小窗），卧室挺大的还配了内阳台（不用担心下雨），外面也有伸缩杆，阳台晾衣架可以轻松摇下来（甚至不用晾衣杆），卧室有纱窗（防虫），门口有公区2平属于自己有个大鞋柜，剩的空间还能塞下一个冰箱，房子是偏正方形的，不是条头糕。卧室不是当西晒，早上有斜射的阳光，厨房早上正对。
房屋环境：七月入住全屋打扫了一遍（本人粉尘过敏¥，马桶都自己用白胶封底，墙也刷了，花洒也换新，衣柜里面每一个格子及顶上都用擦家具的擦的干干净净了，自己购入了卧室的镜子及入门全身镜
