Looking for a tenant to take over my beautiful apartment by this address 上海市长宁区东诸安浜路57号203室.I am in love with this place but due to a new working place I have to change the area.The apartment is fully renovated ,everything new and a good quality .I have stayed here just 4 months .The area is amazing as well .7 min walk to subway line 2 Jiangsu rd.its quite and clean ,no lousy neighbors around .The walls are good ,it keeps temperature really well .It’s chill during summer and warm during cold weather .Big wardrobe +lots of extra storage places.Utilities are cheap.No agency fee ,dealing directly with landlord .The landlord is a cool man ,really easy going .Pay every 2 month  plus will need to pay deposit 6000rmb .I’ve got yearly WiFi package (780rmb/year ,I will provide a screen shot of payment )By the end of December it will still have 8 months of using until August 23rd so I will charge 400rmb coz I m gonna leave it .Feel free to message if u got interested )

社区环境同样出色。步行至地铁2号线江苏路站仅需7分钟。周边安静整洁，没有吵闹的邻居。墙体隔热性能很好，冬暖夏凉。室内配有大衣柜及大量额外储物空间。

生活费用实惠，无需中介费，直接与房东签约。房东先生人很好，非常随和。租金每两个月支付一次，另需押金6000元人民币。

我已购买年度宽带套餐，有效期至2026年8月23日（原价780元/年，可提供支付截图）。到12月底时，套餐仍剩余8个月使用期，因此我将收取400元转让费用。
