因为搬家原因，所以房间有点乱，第一张是曾经零乱前拍的温馨一角🥹 房子12月19日之后就可以入住了，房子合同到期时间是2026年6月19日，如果想要继续住也可以继续和房东续租。地理位置绝佳，上生新所，武康路，徐家汇都步行可到！

I’m looking to sublet my apartment near Jiao Tong University Metro Station. It comes with a private bathroom and is perfect for couples. Due to personal reasons, I need to transfer the lease.

The bed and sofa will be moved out. The desk can stay if you need it, or I can remove it as well—feel free to design the space however you like. The apartment has a large room and a spacious living area, great for having friends over!

The only downside: it’s on the 6th floor with no elevator—but think of it as your daily workout!

Because I’m in the middle of moving, the room is a bit messy at the moment. The first photo shows a cozy corner from before things got packed. 🥹
The apartment will be available from December 19. The current lease runs until June 19, 2026, and you can choose to renew with the landlord afterward.

The location is fantastic—within walking distance to Columbia circle，Wukang Road, and Xujiahui.
