Due to a job change and increased commuting time, I'm reluctantly subletting my 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Located in a high-end community near Chaoyang Park, the complex boasts excellent landscaping, a large area, strong security, and very helpful property management staff. For those with cars, parking is available on the basement level; there's ample space, and hourly parking is more cost-effective than monthly rent. It's about a 5-minute walk to Shilibao subway station (Line 6), making transportation extremely convenient. The apartment is on the first floor, with a south-facing living room and good natural light. Utilities are charged at residential rates, and all other expenses are covered by the landlord. Furthermore, the property is managed by Beike (a rental company), so there are no agency fees or subletting fees. Any issues will be resolved promptly and responsibly by the property manager. Please note that this was originally unfurnished. All furniture shown in the pictures, except for the washing machine and refrigerator, is my own. I can leave the furniture free of charge until after the New Year. If you need the furniture later, I can sell it at a low price or rent it out at a low price until you move out.
