Super convenient location, just a 7‑minute walk from Xujiahui Metro Station. You can easily walk to iconic spots like Wukang Building and the lively “Jufu‑Chang” area where young people hang out. Right across from the metro station is the Grand Gateway shopping mall.

The neighborhood is surprisingly affordable. You can get breakfast for under 10 RMB, and there’s a local wet market right next door.

I currently use the balcony, but if you need to dry clothes, we can all use the balcony. I also have a Xiaomi dryer, so even in winter you don’t have to worry about damp clothes.

The apartment has an open kitchen with a microwave, a washer‑dryer combo, natural gas for cooking, and residential water and electricity rates. Both the bedroom and balcony have air conditioners.

My current roommate is moving out at the end of March, so the master bedroom will be available from the end of March until the lease expires in June. After that, you can sign a new contract directly with the landlord. The rent for the master bedroom is 3,600 RMB per month, with a security deposit required.
