great neighborhood. people outside are 90% nice about everything.

as for the house, Ive been here almost a year, and my old roommate from Russia just moved to Thailand permanently. I have an ayi that comes onces a week on Sundays. She can speak English, cooks and does laundry. She is about 150 a week total. if you don't want her to clean your stuff, I don't mind to pay all, but if you want her to do your room and laundry as well, we should split. I don't cook much, but I have most things you would need to make anything. I think maybe it's finally time to get a microwave though.

lastly, I do have a dog. Her name is Bug. She is very friendly with everyone. Never met someone she didn't like. It would be nice if you could help walk her from time to time, but she is mine, so ultimately my responsibility.
