房间面积约十来平，1.5米双人床，户型方正，还有个阳台，简单布置后氛围感拉满，温馨又好住，后续入住可直接照搬我的布局，周边配套很方便，下楼就是金沙湖公园，对面即是金沙龙湖天街，当初就是看中这里地段方便，还有带个阳台，朝阳的才租住，前后换过两份工作，第一份就在附近，后来换到别的区了，地铁直达也没折腾搬家，一住就是好几年。因换城市发展，诚心转租

The apartment is in Longfor Yanlan Mountain Community, right next to Jinsha Lake Station (Metro Line 1), within walking distance for super convenient commuting.
 
The room is about 10㎡, with a 1.5m double bed, a good layout and a sunny balcony. It’s warm and cozy with simple decoration, and you can directly copy my layout when you move in.
 
The location is excellent:
 
- Downstairs: Jinsha Lake Park
- Opposite: Jinsha Lake Longfor Paradise Walk (shopping mall)
 
I rented this place mainly for its great location, balcony and sunlight. I’ve changed jobs twice while living here—first nearby, then to another district, but the direct metro line meant I never had to move. I’ve lived here for years and am only subletting because I’m relocating to another city.
