Very good community in a very central part of Xuhui District. The community management of this community is very attentive and it has good surroundings. Many restaurants and stores near by as well as access to different modes of transportation. Surrounded by 3 main train stations. Yishan Road Station, Xujiahui station and Shanghai indoor stadium station. Transportation is very convenient and many amenities and shopping malls, between Aldi and Hema.

It’s a very clean environment with an Ayi that comes ones a week but at the same time I’m looking for someone with clean habits, we just cleanup after ourselves in the shared areas.
Your bedroom has very beautiful views of the Xuhui skyline and beautiful at night, the whole apartment has panoramic views of the Xuhui city centre. There is ample cupboard space for your clothes and privacy. 

I’m looking for a clean roommate, that has a full time job and doesn’t work from home, and quiet and respectful as home should be your sanctuary. You’ll be in the city center so many bars and restaurants and everything around that’s accessible to you. 

Available from the beginning of April so I’m looking for someone stable that has similar standards and has a calm personality and also prefers a clean environment
