I will leave the 21st of April, so you can move in the same day and rent is due the 25th. From the 21st to 24th, I will give you those days for FREE.

I am renting a flat in gaobeidian village (高碑店村）located 15 minutes away from suhui dong (四惠东） subway station line 1 and 2 subway stations away from guomao （国贸）subway station line 1. The area is very convenient and it has a nice scenery. The flat is 5m away from a long street equipped with Chinese local cuisine and small super markets.

The flat includes (包括） a western bathroom with hot water （🚻, a washing machine（洗衣机）, A/C （空调）for summer and heating pipes for winter （暖气. This flat does not include a gas stove (没有厨房） but it is allow for tenants to have an electrical stove for cooking purposes. 可以买小型电炉。I will leave a brand new water kettle, a clothing hanger and internet router.

The rent is paid every month. In order to move it is required one month deposit and one month rent, in total 5600rmb. NO NEED for 3 months rent and one deposit. I spent 100rmb in electricity every month and 50rmb in water every 2 months. I will provide the rq code for paying both. The internet is FREE and works very well. The contract expires in November 25/2026.
