It is a great chance for anyone who is having visits or who is about to start a new life in Beijing and needs a short-term place to live 

We come from Germany and Mexico and we will be out of Beijing for one month in February and we are looking for someone to live in our room at that time.

The flat is located 5 min. walk from ANDINGMEN metro station (line 2) and 3 min walk from a Bus Stop.

The room itself is on the 14th floor, it is completely furnished and has its own private toilet and shower. The room has a huge private balcony facing East and South meaning you'll have sunshine all day long. 

The flat has 3 more bedrooms, currently, only one is occupied and the resident are almost never here. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a cleaning service twice per week.

If anyone is interested please write me for more details and pictures, we can discuss the price depending on the length/time of your stay  (only in February and minimum 2 weeks).
