我们自己整租的套间，三室两厅两卫，有厨房有餐厅，包暖气费，包物业费，仅仅入住3个人，合同签到了明年7月底，主卧和小次卧各住一个男生，都有稳定工作，作息固定，现在稍大的次卧招募一位室友，房间已空，随时可以入住。客厅非常大，大概有30平，足够放松，在家做做瑜伽、健身都很方便。
这个房子地理位置非常好，距离五道口地铁站步行5分钟，距离华联大厦、五道口电影院都很近，但是非常安静，楼下有绿化草地，24小时保安巡逻，非常安全。附近有游泳馆、操场、篮球场、羽毛球场，靠近大学各种生活资源非常方便。楼下每周有新发地菜市场的新鲜蔬菜送来，价格便宜，适合大厨。希望能遇见合得来的朋友，在宇宙中心住的愉快。
