因个人原因，忍痛转租。合同签到明年5.1号，我大概8月中搬走，因为住的人少，房租是我和中介磨了很久谈到底2350，其他费用，只有每个月60的卫生服务费，再就是公摊的水电燃气了，没有中介费，我转租中介还要收半个月的房租作为服务费，所以价格就这样了。
